Park admission/pass status: Parks Canada lists free admission through September 7, 2026 and regular admission from September 8. Outside a free window, admission is separate from Town of Banff parking payment.
Location parking fees: Downtown pay parking, free 9-hour areas, accessible stalls, and accommodation parking each follow different rules.
Transit/shuttle reservations: Parking once and switching to Roam can be the easier move for longer town-based days.
