Reach it from Lake Louise via the Lake Agnes trail network, so lake access and an early start matter more than the add-on distance.

Season

Best once the Lake Agnes and upper viewpoint trails are snow-free; shoulder-season ice can make the final climb feel much bigger.

Safety

Treat it as the bigger Beehive option. If weather, smoke, or group energy is fading at Lake Agnes, Little Beehive is the easier call.
